What started over 60 years ago in a 9×9 room with a single operator in downtown Hamilton, Ontario is now a collective of real people, across our country, on a mission to make a real difference. And, big news – Woodstock’s own BearCom answering service division is now a part of the AnswerPlus family! We’re so excited to be bringing our award-winning, 24/7 service to Ridgeway Circle and get to know our new neighbours and surrounding neighbourhood!

Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t outsource our after-hours service to overseas companies. Every single one of our virtual receptionists is from a Canadian hometown and ultimately, our goal is to contribute to something bigger than ourselves with our award-winning, empathetic and understanding suite of answering services.
