Past due accounts will be assessed a late payment fee of 2.8% per month or a minimum of $10.00, whichever is greater. Any outstanding balance in excess of sixty (60) days, will be subject to suspension of service without notice. A $50.00 reconnect fee will apply following suspension. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any N.S.F. cheque.

The Company shall not be liable to The Customer for incidental, special or consequential damages caused by breach of any term or warranty of this agreement, including lost profits or any commercial or economic loss. The liability of the Company shall, in any event, be limited to the total monies paid by the Customer to the Company for the services provided in the three months immediately preceding the event.

The per minute rate includes all working time on The Customer’s account. We bill a minimum of 30 seconds and in 15 second increments thereafter

After the initial period, all charges are subject to change upon 30 days notice.
